1. Introduction

Welcome to Dott International Pte Ltd (“Dott”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coworking spaces, facilities, and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your space at Dott International. This deposit must be paid online before you commence using our facilities. The deposit amount and payment details are provided during the registration process.

2.2 Monthly Payments
Monthly fees are to be paid offline. Payment is due on the first day of each month. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or bank transfer. Details for offline payments will be provided upon registration.

2.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in additional charges and could lead to suspension or termination of your access to our coworking space.

3. Use of Space

3.1 General Conduct
Members must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise and inappropriate conduct, is not permitted.

3.2 Cleanliness
Members are responsible for keeping their workspaces clean and tidy. Dott International reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage.

3.3 Equipment and Property
Members must take care of all equipment and property provided by Dott International. Any damage caused by a member may result in repair or replacement fees.

3.4 Access
Access to the coworking space is granted only to members and their authorized guests. Members are responsible for their guests and must ensure they comply with these Terms.

4. Internet and IT Services

4.1 Usage
Dott International provides internet access as part of the service. Members must not use the internet for any illegal activities or for purposes that violate the rights of others.

4.2 Security
Members are responsible for their own data security and should take necessary precautions to protect their devices and information.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by Member
To terminate your membership, you must contact our team. Notice of termination should be given at least one month in advance. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.

5.2 Termination by Dott
Dott International reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. In the event of termination without cause, a prorated refund of the membership fee will be issued.

5.3 Breach of Terms
Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Liability
Dott International is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property, or for any personal injury sustained while using our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Dott.

6.2 Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dott International, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the member’s use of the coworking space.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Amendments

Dott International reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the coworking space constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
